The gathering

What to look forward to

Enterprise IT leaders and infrastructure architects will dive into the real challenges of scaling agentic AI systems—from taming compute costs to managing complex multi-agent orchestration—while getting unfiltered insights from peers who are actively building these systems at scale. The event will feature proprietary research on agentic AI strategies and create space for meaningful conversations with a curated community of technical decision-makers working through the same infrastructure headaches.

About Event

*Smarter Agents Need More Memory. The Best Teams Will Use Less.*

The Agentic Infrastructure Stack Summit is a closed-door, in-person day on Oct 28, Terra Gallery, San Francisco.

How it works: the numbers first (every session opens with new VB research), then the people who live them (a VB journalist presses the experts), then your turn.

Four topics, one room: Agentic workload orchestration (T-Mobile, WEKA, PayPal, Box) | Memory & context infrastructure (Adobe, Outshift by Cisco) | Inference economics (Artificial Analysis, Uber, Upwork + WEKA) | Emerging AI factory architectures (Microsoft, Intuit, Omni + Acxiom). Plus a hands-on AI runtime governance workshop with OneTrust.

Where the research starts the conversation

If you haven’t been to a VentureBeat event, set aside what you expect from a tech conference. Sessions open with new proprietary research from VentureBeat’s community of expert AI practitioners: the people deploying, scaling and running AI inside the enterprise. A VentureBeat journalist then presses leading practitioners on what the numbers really mean, where the findings match their experience and where they don’t.

Then the floor opens to you. The room is full of hands-on technical leaders, so the questions go deep: architecture, cost, tooling, what broke and how they fixed it. Come ready to share, push back and ask the hard technical questions.

You’ll leave knowing what’s trending across the industry and why, and what’s actually working in production, from the people making it work.

Why attend

  • Hear directly from enterprise leaders: Skip the vendor pitches. Get candid insights from IT leaders who are architecting, deploying and debugging agentic systems at scale.
  • Peer networking built for real conversations: Compare notes with a curated group of tech leaders on what’s working and what isn’t across industries, and build relationships that last beyond the day.
  • Independent research: Get access to VentureBeat’s proprietary research on how your peers are scaling agentic AI and where they’re struggling.

Key focus areas

  • Inference economics: Controlling compute costs and navigating hardware tradeoffs at enterprise scale.
  • Memory and context infrastructure: Designing data architectures that can manage state across multi-agent systems.
  • Agentic workload orchestration: Coordinating and scheduling agent tasks across your infrastructure.
  • AI factory architectures: Building resilient foundational stacks for today’s workloads and tomorrow’s autonomous applications.
