You must be at least 13 years old to use Superpower Daily. If you use the website, subscribe, or reserve sponsorship inventory on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Superpower Daily complies with the laws and policies that apply to you.

Superpower Daily publishes news, commentary, summaries, analysis, links, sponsorship information, and related content about AI and the AI economy.

Our content is for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, employment, medical, security, or other professional advice. You should make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

We work to keep our coverage useful and accurate, but AI markets, companies, products, laws, and public information can change quickly. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error-free.

You may subscribe to receive email updates from Superpower Daily. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your email account secure.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us. Transactional emails, such as sponsorship reservation or payment emails, may still be sent when needed to complete a transaction or respond to your request.

We may change the frequency, format, subject matter, or availability of the newsletter at any time.

Sponsors may reserve newsletter issues and time-limited website campaigns through our sponsorship page. Available issue dates or campaign starts, destinations, deliverables, invoice due dates, and payment links are shown during the reservation process.

A reservation is a temporary hold until it is confirmed by payment and, when required, timely delivery of acceptable sponsor materials. We may release reserved inventory if payment is not received by the stated due date or if required materials are not provided in time for review and publication.

Inventory is limited by placement type, destination, and schedule. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel a reservation if the selected inventory is unavailable, if there is a technical or pricing error, or if the sponsor, offer, or materials are not a fit for Superpower Daily.

Website campaigns are delivered through the pages and responsive formats described for the selected package. Time-based campaigns run for the reserved period. Any expressly stated impression guarantee is governed by the package description and may be fulfilled through automatic delivery expansion or a no-charge make-good period.

Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of all submitted materials, including names, logos, images, claims, links, ad copy, and offer details.

We may review, request edits to, reject, or remove sponsor materials at our discretion. We do not accept materials that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or inconsistent with the reader experience we are building.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsorship placements may be labeled as sponsored, ad, partner, or similar disclosure language.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown during reservation. The due date will be before the newsletter issue or website campaign begins and no later than seven days after the sponsorship request is submitted.

If payment is not received by the due date, the hold may expire automatically and the issue or campaign inventory may become available to other sponsors. We may send reminder emails before the hold expires, but we are not required to do so.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, paid sponsorship reservations are non-refundable once a placement has been scheduled and accepted. If we cancel a confirmed placement for reasons unrelated to sponsor misconduct or missed deadlines, we will provide a reasonable replacement date or refund the affected placement fee.

When you submit sponsor materials, messages, feedback, or other content to Superpower Daily, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, edit for formatting, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate the website, newsletter, sponsorship placements, and related services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your submitted content does not violate the rights of any third party.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of Superpower Daily content without permission.

You may not use the website or sponsorship flow to submit false information, impersonate another person or company, probe or test our systems without authorization, bypass rate limits, or interfere with other readers, sponsors, or service providers.

The Superpower Daily name, design, website, newsletter content, graphics, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may link to our content and share short excerpts with attribution, but you may not reproduce full issues or build a competing archive from our content without permission.

Superpower Daily may use software, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to research, summarize, categorize, draft, edit, or enrich content. Human review may be used, but we do not guarantee that every automated or AI-assisted output is free from error.

You should not rely on summaries, tags, scores, categories, or related-story suggestions as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, hiring, investment, or other consequential decisions.

Our site and newsletter may link to third-party websites, tools, sponsors, publications, payment pages, and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Newsletter delivery and subscription features may be powered by Beehiiv. Your use of Beehiiv-hosted or Beehiiv-powered features may also be subject to Beehiiv's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you believe content on Superpower Daily infringes your copyright, contact hello@superpowerdaily.com with enough detail for us to evaluate the request, including the work you claim was infringed, the location of the material on our site, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed content, request additional information, or reject incomplete or unsupported complaints.

Superpower Daily is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website, newsletter, content, links, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.

We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Superpower Daily will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event or $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Superpower Daily and its owners, operators, contributors, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your submitted content, your sponsorship materials, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state or federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the website or newsletter after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
