The session will explore practical ways to use AI to sharpen business decisions, strengthen marketing, and streamline daily operations.
Inside the event
Each hands-on session gives you something useful to build in the room, tools to reuse, and a clear plan for putting AI to work in your business, whether you’re preparing to launch or growing an established company.
Led by Traci Pichette of Smarter Playbooks at the HCC Small Business Summit, this focused, in-person workshop delivers jargon-free AI training through live practice. Seating is capped at 25 attendees. Bring your laptop and leave with AI tools configured to support your business.
The Agenda
AI Foundations (Morning, 2 Hours): Choose an AI tool for your business, make key privacy choices, and learn how to get more relevant, useful answers. You'll leave with: An AI account configured for your business, a reusable prompt pack, and a custom 30-day AI action plan.
AI Labs (Afternoon, Three 30-Minute Sessions):
Lab 1 (Planning): Build an interactive AI advisor to test business ideas, refine decisions, and explore growth choices.
Lab 2 (Marketing): Turn your current offer and a phone photo into a finished promotional graphic for social media.
Lab 3 (Operations): Use AI to analyze your invoices and uncover insights that can help protect your margins.
