This practical, hands-on workshop helps small teams identify repetitive processes and build **AI-powered no-code workflows** that reduce manual work and improve consistency.

No coding experience is required.

**What we will do together**

• **Find automation opportunities:** Identify repetitive tasks that take up time and follow a predictable process.
• **Map the workflow:** Break down the steps, inputs, tools, decisions, and handovers involved.
• **Build no-code workflows:** Connect commonly used tools to automate tasks such as lead triage, client onboarding, reporting, and email management.
• **Test the workflow:** Check whether the automation works as intended and identify where adjustments are needed.
• **Keep humans in the loop:** Add review, approval, and exception points where human judgement is important.
• **Set practical safeguards:** Consider data handling, permissions, accuracy, and monitoring before using the workflow in day-to-day operations.

**Good to know**

Please bring your **charged laptop** and come prepared with a few repetitive business tasks or processes you would like to improve. Access to the relevant business tools may be useful for the practical activities, but do not bring confidential customer, employee, financial, or commercially sensitive information. No coding experience is required. This is an implementation-focused workshop, not a general introduction to AI.

**Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy**

**1) Your legal rights: **Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits them. This policy applies to tickets for this event only.

**2) If we cancel or materially change the event: **If we cancel this event, or change its date, content, format or delivery mode so materially that it no longer meets your reasonable needs, you can choose either:

(a) a full refund of the total you paid, including Eventbrite fees, to your original payment method; or

(b) a transfer to a later event of your choice.

We do not deduct any fee from these refunds. Minor changes, such as a substitute presenter, a running-order change, or a different room at the same venue, do not entitle you to a refund under this clause. If you think a change is material, email **bit.ly/wahub-ai** and we will decide within 5 business days. We will give reasons if we decline, and your legal rights are unaffected.

**3) If you cannot attend: **Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. If you tell us at least 14 days before the event, you may move your ticket once to another session, subject to availability. It has no cash value.

**4) Transferring your ticket to another person: You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event, by emailing [bit.ly/wahub-ai**](https://wahub.ai/contact?topic=refund) with the new attendee’s name and email, or via Eventbrite’s transfer tool where enabled. Tickets must not be resold for more than you paid. We set this cut-off because we confirm final attendee numbers with the venue and caterer, and prepare name badges and course materials, 7 days before each event.

**5) No-show or leaving early: **No refund or credit is available if you do not attend or leave part-way through, except as required by law.

**6) Refund requests: Email [bit.ly/wahub-ai**](https://wahub.ai/contact?topic=refund) with your name, order number and the clause you rely on. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and decide them within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.

**7) Conduct: **We may refuse entry or remove an attendee who endangers others or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due for that. This does not limit your legal rights.

**8) Tickets sold through Eventbrite: **Eventbrite processes tickets. Its refund tools and terms apply in addition to this policy, and we will honour the rights set out here. For advisory, training or consulting under a separate written agreement, that agreement’s terms apply together with clauses 1 and 2.
