The gathering

What to look forward to

Brooke Hopkins, Coval founder and CEO who previously led evaluation infrastructure at Waymo, and Korinne Alpers, Cloudflare’s Voice AI product manager and co-author of its experimental Agents SDK voice pipeline, will discuss building, testing, and operating reliable voice agents at production scale. The fireside chat will cover latency, conversation state, regression testing, and human review, followed by audience Q&A.

Inside the event

Lots of teams can get a voice agent working in a demo. Keeping it fast and reliable once real users are talking to it is the harder part.

Brooke Hopkins (founder and CEO of Coval and Korinne Alpers (Product Manager for Voice AI at Cloudflare will sit down for a fireside chat about what it takes to build and run voice agents in production. Expect questions like:

  • Where does latency actually come from, and how much of it can you control?
  • How do you architect a voice agent that keeps state across a conversation?
  • How do you test before launch, catch regressions after, and know when a human needs to review a call?

Korinne co-authored Cloudflare’s experimental voice pipeline for the Agents SDK. Brooke started Coval after leading evaluation infrastructure at Waymo.

Afterward we'll have Q&A, food, drinks, and time to talk with other people building in voice AI.
