Inside the event

**A Leaning IN to The Future of Work conversation with Jill Ozovek**

I was talking with Jill Ozovek recently about how she uses AI in her work when I found myself asking a question that I suspect a lot of us have wondered:

**"But how would I have known to tell AI to do that?"**

Jill had been showing me how she turned a complicated, multistep project into a reusable set of instructions for AI. Something she could return to and use again without having to recreate the entire process.

It was fascinating. But what interested me just as much as what she'd built was **how she'd figured out how to build it in the first place.**

What did she tell AI? How did she know what information to include? What happened when the results weren't quite right?

And perhaps most importantly, how can the rest of us learn to approach AI that way?

That's what we're going to explore in this one-hour edition of Leaning IN to The Future of Work.

Jill will walk us through real examples and demonstrate how she approaches a problem, works with AI to develop a solution, and turns that process into something she can use again.

We'll get into the idea of reusable AI "skills" (don't worry if you've never heard the term), what makes them different from ordinary prompts, and how to build, test, and improve one.

We'll also touch on how these skills can work together to help with more complicated workplace challenges.

This isn't about mastering another AI tool or memorizing a collection of clever prompts.

**It's about learning how to think differently about what AI can help you do.**

I'll be asking questions throughout, and we'll leave time for yours, too.

If you've ever watched someone use AI and thought, "I wish I knew how to do that," I hope you'll join us.

We look forward to seeing you there!

**Send your questions in advance to info@leaninnyc.com and we’ll try to address them live.**
