What to look forward to
Ambrook Creative Director Ali Aas and Offrange Editor Jesse Hirsch will share how they use Figma design systems, plugins, and Claude workflows to create print-ready newspapers, including the *Corn Courier* and *Tomato Times*. The behind-the-scenes presentation will cover the process from layout setup to production, followed by Q&A and take-home copies.
Inside the event
As designers, we’ve long been told that InDesign is the top tool for serious print work. But most of us spend our days in Figma—why aren't we using modern design systems, plugins, and Claude workflows for our print projects?
At Offrange, Ambrook’s editorial publication, we make our print newspapers entirely in Figma, with Claude in the workflow, and print them with Newspaper Club in the UK.
Ali Aas (Creative Director, Ambrook and Offrange) and Jesse Hirsch (Editor, Offrange) will take you behind the scenes of how the Corn Courier and Tomato Times were made, from layout setup to print-ready files.
