Craft at Speed: Linear × Granola × Figma

Craft at Speed is for engineers who want to talk about shipping polished software without slowing down. How do small teams ship software people love, fast, without a QA department or a design handoff step?

We'll hear from Brendan from Linear and Maria from Figma on how they approach it.

Brendan Carney, Engineering Lead, Linear
Brendan will walk through why Linear has no separate QA function, why there's no design-to-eng handoff, and how a small team keeps the bar high while shipping weekly.

Maria Kazandjieva, Engineering Lead, Figma
Maria will share how engineers, designers, and PMs can build better software together when design and code live side by side and when collaboration is a feature, not an afterthought.

Expect two short demos followed by a joint Q&A. If you're a design engineer, a frontend or mobile engineer, or you care about the gap between "it works" and "it feels right," this is for you.
