FinRegLab and Flourish Ventures are bringing together leading AI builders, financial institutions, and policymakers for a roundtable discussion on liability and consumer protection as AI takes on a greater role in people's financial lives. AI tools are moving beyond providing financial information and recommendations to making decisions and taking actions that directly affect consumers. Personal AI agents can increasingly make purchases, manage accounts, and interact with financial institutions on a consumer's behalf, while banks and fintechs are deploying their own AI systems to automate customer-facing financial services.
