What to look forward to
Founder coach and international keynote speaker Matteo Cassese will introduce the Founder Journey, exploring how self-reflection can turn chaos and conflict into growth while helping founders avoid burnout and business failure. Drawing on more than 20 years in business communication and experience with Netflix, Warner Bros., SXSW, and IFA, he’ll also share the “zero confidence strategy” and examine the stories and inner patterns that shape leadership.
