GEW AI Lab: Small Business Workflow Automation is a hands-on working session for small business owners, independent operators and team leads who want to explore practical AI-assisted workflows.
Participants identify one recurring operational task, map the current process and build a small test workflow on their own laptop with facilitator guidance.
Possible examples include organizing incoming inquiries, preparing draft customer responses, structuring recurring administrative information or assisting with internal planning.
Participants should use sample, fictional or appropriately anonymized information during the lab rather than confidential customer or company data.
No specific software purchase is required unless clearly disclosed before registration.
The session does not guarantee cost savings, productivity gains, revenue improvements or other business outcomes.
