What to look forward to
Talent Crunch and sponsor Ashby will host a 60-minute panel featuring community builders from Lovable, Claude, and Corgi on how communities connect employers with future talent, support employee growth, and shape opportunities, with AI’s role in the community boom also in focus. The event will also feature a live AI demo by a member, with insights for professionals in talent acquisition, people, tech, community, and business.
Inside the event
🤔 How do communities help employers meet talent before a role opens?
What makes people want to work for a company?
And what do employees gain from getting involved?
Join Talent Crunch and our sponsor, Ashby, for a conversation about the role of community in hiring and company growth, from building relationships with future hires to helping employees learn and share their expertise.
- Expect a 60 mins panel as we’re inviting community builders from Lovable, Claude and Corgi to share their experience.
- What brings people together?
- What keeps them involved and how those relationships lead to opportunities for people and businesses?
- What role did AI play in all of this “community boom”?
Plus, “Show, don’t tell” - one year later 🥳.
One live AI demo of something built by one of our members - it is great to offer this space to folks who walk the walk and not only talk the talk.
This event is for people working across Talent Acquisition, People, tech, community and business.
