In this interactive workshop, we'll work through a product idea, identify potential users, and use AI to research and estimate the market opportunity. Along the way, we'll explore how to challenge assumptions, reduce uncertainty, and decide what to validate before investing more time in an idea.

A laptop with access to your AI Assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc).
Mentor Bio: Samrat Sarovar is a product leader who builds across hardware, software, and services, and the teams behind them. He has been the first PM three times, launched 15+ products and experiences, owned P&L, and managed engineering, design, and operations across startups and Fortune 50 companies. He uses AI as a thinking partner and to accelerate execution. He currently advises early-stage startups and is building out his fractional practice. He’s an avid runner, a former pseudo-musician, and a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur.
