An invite-only breakfast will bring together senior and staff engineers with 7+ years of backend and scaling experience for candid, off-the-record discussions on AI, career growth, and scaling systems and teams. The gathering will be cohosted by Alaffia Health, an AI-powered health claims platform backed by $73M and staffed by 27 engineers.

Come meet fellow Experienced Engineers across the Leopard.FYI community for a low key, invite-only Senior/Staff+ Engineering Breakfast ⛰️ at the Alaffia Health office in Soho! Food: Breakfast & coffee & space on Alaffia! Email us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, but we typically make sure to offer a variety of options that are inclusive for Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free members. Leopard breakfasts are pretty different from our happy hours. We keep them small (usually 10–20 people) and quite senior (this group has 7+ years of backend/scaling experience) so we can go deeper on topics like AI, career progression, scaling teams and systems, and challenges that are specific to the senior level. The format is usually intros, with some smaller, off-the-record conversations and 1-2 group discussions with a notetaker on (so we can share notes afterward, usually on topics we all want notes on after).
