About our speakers
Dr. Noa Gafni is professor and head of entrepreneurship at New York University's Division of Programs in Business (SPS). Noa is a 2x founder and former Fellow at Cambridge University and the World Economic Forum. Her work has been featured in the Economist, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Noa has lived in six countries across five continents, and speaks three languages fluently.
Jennie Morawetz is a corporate attorney and startup executive with a track record of building market-leading practices and products at the intersection of legal risk and innovation. After clerking for two federal judges, Jennie spent a decade at Kirkland & Ellis, where she helped build and lead a 20+ person global sustainability practice group ranked Band 1 in Chambers ESG. In 2025, Jennie joined SCOREalytics, Inc. as a founding executive. As President & CEO, she guides cross-functional global teams building a platform that transforms legal, regulatory, and policy signals into forward-looking intelligence executives and boards can use to shape strategy, allocate capital, and manage risk. Jennie has a unique perspective on AI risks, opportunities, and governance: she is building an AI-enabled product from the ground up and she has designed guardrails around AI use within a law firm practice group and in-house. She speaks not as an observer, but as an executive who has navigated AI’s promise and limits from both sides of the table and who is actively building technology tools to help boards and leadership teams stay on top of global legal and regulatory change. Outside of work, Jennie engages deeply in community initiatives in her adopted hometown of Anchorage, Alaska, and would love to help you plan your next Alaska vacation.
Ed Bridges is VP of Engineering at Mosaic, where he leads the engineering teams building financial modeling and deal analysis tools for private equity firms and investment banks, blending AI-native workflows with precise outcomes. He joined Mosaic in 2026, bringing a career that began in financial technology—including SAC Capital Advisors & Point 72 Asset Management—and spans building products, scaling teams, and putting AI to practical use. During a decade at Squarespace, he grew mobile engineering into an organization of more than 50 engineers, helped integrate two acquisitions, and built commerce and payments capabilities. More recently, he led engineering at Greenlite, developing AI agents to review construction plans and automate permitting leading to dramatic improvements in efficiency. At Mosaic, he brings that experience back to finance, combining the flexibility of AI with the precision financial analysis demands. Based in Brooklyn, Ed is a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys making complicated systems useful—and helping the people who build them grow.
Ronald Zhang is a Fractional CFO at Forecastr, a venture-backed fintech platform that pairs forecasting software with experts who build and maintain investor-grade financial models and provides fractional CFO services. He works directly with founders and owners to serve as the finance, strategy, and capital allocation function. He mostly works with venture-backed startups, having recently helped an AI-native healthtech company close a $21 million Series A, where he now runs its entire finance function. Prior, Ronald worked in investment banking in Chicago and New York, and more recently strategic finance at a PE-backed education company, where he developed new school campuses and ultimately helped them in its exit in 2024.
