Inside the event
**Practical AI Workflow Lab**
Join us in person for the Practical AI Workflow Lab—a hands-on event focused on practical AI workflows.
No long lectures.
No parade of AI tools.
Applied Growth Institute SF: Practical AI Workflow Lab is a small working session for people who want to examine one repetitive business process and turn it into a testable AI-assisted workflow.
Bring your laptop and one clearly defined operating friction.
Possible examples
- turning structured notes into a first-draft proposal;
- organizing public market research;
- summarizing non-confidential customer feedback;
- creating a draft content brief;
- preparing internal meeting notes;
- triaging synthetic support requests;
- structuring repetitive administrative information.
During the workshop, participants map the workflow, define where AI may help, build one controlled prototype, and test where it fails.
The goal is **not** to create a production-ready automation in three hours.
The goal is to leave with a documented prototype, clear review checkpoints, and a better understanding of what still needs testing.
