Inside the event
From Individual Usage to Company-Wide Adoption How packaging and pricing turn AI experimentation into sustainable growth. AI products often begin with individual experimentation, but sustainable growth depends on turning that early usage into team and organisation-wide adoption. Reasoning Project together with Stripe Metronome and Langdock are bringing together a small group of founders, engineering leaders and operators building AI agents and autonomous workflows. We’ll explore how trials, usage limits, seats, credits and enterprise plans can reduce friction, demonstrate value quickly and create a commercially sustainable path from individual usage to broader adoption. In discussion with: Lennard Schmidt (Co-founder & Co-CEO at Langdock) Seb Hapte-Selassie (Co-founder & CTO at telli) Agenda 18:30 - Doors open 19:00 - Fireside discussion 19:45 - Bites, drinks and vibes 21:30 - Goodbyes, doors close
