What to look forward to
Floodgate will bring founders and operators behind AI-powered workflows together to unpack practical growth and sales systems, including Wispr Flow’s former Marketing OS builder and Viktor growth lead Matt Swulinski, plus Crosby sales team member Catherine Dickerman. Attendees will leave with concrete first steps for applying the workflows to their own GTM, product, or operations challenges.
Inside the event
For everyone who's ever wondered how the best are actually doing it.
You've probably heard of a company doing something impressive with AI. What you'd really like is to get under the hood: see the setup, meet the person who built it, and work out how to do something similar at yours.
So would we. That's why Floodgate is bringing the people behind those workflows together in New York. We're going to let you in on the Secrets of AI-Pilled Orgs. Joining us:
- Matt Swulinski, who built Wispr Flow's Marketing OS and now leads growth at Viktor, will walk through a growth workflow he's built there end to end.
- Catherine Dickerman, on Crosby's sales team, will share their best practices on how to write with AI.
We hope for you to leave knowing the first three steps you would take to build a similar workflow that our presenters show.
For founders and operators across GTM, product, and ops. Come with one piece of your or your team's workflow that feels solvable but you haven't quite cracked. Odds are someone in the room has a few ideas for you.
