What to look forward to
The AI Transformation Table will bring together up to 20 practitioners for a facilitated, candid exchange on moving beyond AI pilots to redesign workflows, build organizational capability and deliver measurable impact. The working session will focus on practical challenges and peer learning for people leading AI transformation.

AI transformation is not only a technology challenge. It requires new capabilities, workflows and ways of working—and many of us are defining how to lead this change as we go.
The AI Transformation Table brings together practitioners helping organizations move from AI ambition and experimentation to meaningful, sustainable transformation.
For our first gathering, we are hosting a small, curated roundtable at Ojin AixHaus, Berlin’s new AI playground and collaborative community space. We will have an honest conversation about what is working, where we are getting stuck and what we can learn from one another.
This gathering is for people working to
- Move from isolated AI pilots to meaningful business transformation
- Redesign workflows and ways of working with AI
- Build organizational capability, alignment and measurable impact
Expect a practitioner-led working session, practical peer exchange and meaningful connections with others shaping AI transformation in Berlin.
