What to look forward to
Builders and problem-solvers will tackle a real-world challenge in a 24-hour overnight sprint, creating a working AI-powered solution.
Inside the event
The Debug Table SF: 24-Hour AI Operations Hackathon
Welcome to The Debug Table, a 24-hour mini-hackathon designed for developers, product builders, founders, data professionals, designers, and operators who want to solve a real business problem instead of working from a hypothetical prompt.
A sponsoring company will present one operational challenge at the start of the event, such as improving internal workflows with AI, reducing repetitive work, accelerating customer support, or turning fragmented business data into actionable decisions.
Participants will form 6–8 cross-functional teams and spend the next 24 hours researching, designing, building, testing, and refining a practical solution.
The experience includes:
One real-world sponsor challenge
Teams of approximately 4–6 participants
Technical and business mentor office hours
AI and automation-focused solution development
Dedicated team workspaces
Wi-Fi and presentation setup
Product validation checkpoints
Overnight snacks and refreshments
Coffee and breakfast service
Three-minute final demos
Live judging and feedback
Networking with fellow builders
Post-event project summary
Opportunity for selected teams to continue discussions with the sponsoring organization
The goal is not simply to create the most polished prototype.
Teams will be evaluated on:
Problem understanding
Practical usefulness
Technical feasibility
User experience
Measurable business impact
Scalability
Quality of the final demonstration
The sponsor may invite selected participants or teams to a follow-up project discussion after the event. Participation does not guarantee employment, investment, a commercial contract, or paid project work.
