The Infrastructure Decisions That Define Your Trajectory
Register with organizerWhat to look forward to
Founders and technical leads will dig into the unglamorous side of AI infrastructure with seasoned builders who've navigated compute pricing, vendor lock-in, and cost-versus-control tradeoffs at scale. Sana Khareghani (CSO at Era4) and other infrastructure veterans will break down what actually happens once free credits run out, plus there's a live demo of an AI Infrastructure Procurement Guide Tool and open Q&A.
Inside the event
The London AI Hub and AI for Growth are hosting a candid fireside and panel dedicated to the infrastructure decisions every AI founder eventually has to make. Our panellists will get into what happens once you're past your free credits: how compute pricing shifts at scale, why vendor lock-in creeps up faster than expected, and the trade-off between speed, cost, and control most founders only learn the hard way. Expect straight talk from people who've actually built on this infrastructure, not vendors pitching a roadmap. Speakers Sana Khareghani, Chief Strategy Officer at Era4, with more panellists to be announced. What to Expect A candid fireside with infrastructure experts, covering compute access, hidden costs, and vendor dependency A live demo of the AI Infrastructure Procurement Guide Tool Open Q&A with the panel Networking with leading founders, engineers, and operators Who Should Attend This is for founders and technical leads making real infrastructure calls: Founders and technical leads navigating infrastructure decisions Engineers and operators evaluating their own stack Investors backing the teams making these calls Agenda 17:30 – Welcome drinks 18:00 – Panel and Q&A: The infrastructure decisions that define your trajectory 19:00 – Networking, drinks and pizza 20:30 – Event close
