What to look forward to
This upcoming oAT session will examine how AI is reshaping entry-level roles and organizational design, with insights from founder Britt Gage and Head of Alignment Kelsey Conroy on department structures, workforce planning, and matching capacity to capital. Attendees will also see oAT’s teaming module applied live to a headcount plan, with guidance tailored to company size.
Inside the event
The companies investing most in AI didn't shrink their teams. In the two years after adopting AI, they grew headcount about 10%, and entry-level headcount grew even faster, up 12%, according to a Ramp and Revelio Labs study of more than 21,000 U.S. companies. But postings for those same entry-level roles started asking for skills that used to take five years to earn. Is AI cutting jobs, or resetting what junior means?
This of All Trades (oAT) session is going to discuss what org design assumed going into 2026, what happened to it function by function, and what 2027 looks like depending on your size.
Bring your current org chart, plus whatever headcount plan you've got for next year, and we'll run it through oAT's teaming module live, the same tool we used on Village Capital's org.
oAT founder, Britt Gage, will be taking on org design and how departments are reshaping. Kelsey Conroy, oAT's Head of Alignment, is discussing matching capital to capacity, and how to plan a team that can flex through the year instead of getting locked in every January.
Best for founders, CEOs, heads of people, anyone writing a 2027 job description and not sure what it should say anymore.
A seat from anywhere.
