What to look forward to
Builders will get live teardowns of vibe-coded apps, with practical feedback on reliability, scaling, product decisions, and what to fix next. The session will bring together UpLeveled’s experienced engineering educators and buildathon.eu’s product and go-to-market leaders, including experts from Microsoft, Miro, and LEGO.
Inside the event
You vibe-coded something. It works. Sort of. Now what?
This evening is about what comes after v1. The part the AI never warns you about: the app that falls over the moment a real user touches it, the database you bolted on at 2am, the "but it runs on my machine" problem.
How it works: a handful of apps go up on the big screen for a live teardown, in front of people who have shipped for real. What's solid, what breaks under load, what to fix first. You leave with a clear next step for your own app and a room full of people building the same way you are.
We're running this one with UpLeveled, a coding school that has trained developers since 2019, first in Vienna and now in Amsterdam. Karl Horky, their technical founder, has 20+ years in tech, designs their full stack and AI programs, and recently taught a masterclass on guardrails for AI agents. John Clancy co-founded UpLeveled Netherlands and lectures in Amsterdam on entrepreneurship and careers in tech. They bring the engineering. We at buildathon.eu bring the product and go-to-market side. Together that covers your code, your product decisions, and how you take it to market.
Want your app on the hot seat? Grab a Hot Seat ticket and share your live app and GitHub repo when you register. The UpLeveled team reviews it before the night, so your teardown goes deep. Six spots, approval required.
Free. Limited spots.
