What to look forward to
Developers will get hands-on with Claude Code, using shared projects to explore prompting for refactoring, debugging, and new features. The small-group workshop will focus on practical workflows and peer troubleshooting, from experienced AI coding agent users to curious newcomers.
Inside the event
We are getting together in Washington to dig into the new Claude Code tool. This session is designed for developers who want to move past the documentation and see how the agent actually handles real-world coding tasks. We will spend the time working through a few shared projects, exploring how to effectively prompt the agent for refactoring, debugging, and writing new features. This is a hands-on workshop, so please bring your laptop and have your environment set up and ready to go. Whether you are already experimenting with AI coding agents or just curious about how they fit into a daily workflow, this is a great chance to learn alongside others in the community. We are keeping the group small so we can help each other troubleshoot and share what we have learned so far. If you are planning to join us, please take a moment to RSVP so we have an accurate headcount for the space. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
