How? We tried to scale standard GPT context windows but quickly got stuck. So, we designed a new approach: the Long-term Memory Network (LTM Net). Training and serving LTM Nets required a custom ML stack, from GPU kernels to how we distribute the model across a cluster.

What’s next? More compute. LTM Nets see more context than GPTs, but LTM-1 has fewer parameters than today’s frontier models, making it less smart. Knowing how drastically model scale improves the performance of GPTs, we're excited to see how far we can take LTM Nets.

LTX, a subsidiary of Broadridge Financial Solutions, has announced the launch of BondGPT, an application powered by OpenAI GPT-4 that assists users with corporate bond identification on the LTX platform. BondGPT uses real-time liquidity data from the LTX Liquidity Cloud® to streamline user workflows and facilitate bond selection and portfolio construction, offering benefits to asset managers, hedge funds, and dealers. BondGPT uses a chat function that allows users to specify criteria and identify corporate bonds. It also leverages LTX's Liquidity Cloud and bond similarity technology to help identify bonds with similar characteristics. BondGPT merges GPT-4's capabilities with LTX's patent-pending analytics and dataset to ensure timely, accurate data and compliance. It is now available to all Broadridge LTX clients. To date, over 30 dealers and more than 80 asset managers have joined the LTX platform, with over $7 billion in firm orders and an average daily volume of over $25 billion in the Liquidity Cloud in Q1 2023.
