Existing approaches for synthesizing visual content lack flexibility, precision, and generality in controlling the pose, shape, expression, and layout of generated objects.
The proposed DragGAN allows users to "drag" any points of an image to reach target points in a precise and interactive manner.
DragGAN consists of a feature-based motion supervision component and a point-tracking approach that utilizes discriminative generator features.
With DragGAN, users can manipulate the pose, shape, expression, and layout of various categories such as animals, cars, humans, landscapes, etc., with realistic outputs.
DragGAN outperforms previous approaches in image manipulation and point-tracking tasks, as demonstrated through qualitative and quantitative comparisons.
The effectiveness of DragGAN is further showcased through the manipulation of real images using GAN inversion.

Language models face limitations in tasks requiring exploration, strategic lookahead, and pivotal initial decisions during inference.
The Tree of Thoughts (ToT) framework is introduced to overcome these challenges by enabling exploration over coherent units of text and deliberate decision-making.
ToT allows language models to consider multiple reasoning paths, self-evaluate choices, and make global decisions by looking ahead or backtracking.
Experiments demonstrate that ToT significantly enhances language models' problem-solving abilities in tasks such as Game of 24, Creative Writing, and Mini Crosswords.
The success rate in Game of 24 increased from 4% with chain-of-thought prompting to 74% with ToT.
