Command Alkon has acquired C60, bringing software designed to find lost profit in ready-mix concrete operations into its business. Announced November 4, 2026, the acquisition includes C60’s full product suite and team. Command Alkon plans to put those analytics alongside the operating data producers use in Command Cloud, rather than leave them in a separate system.
Following profit from the plant to the jobsite
C60’s starting point is the information concrete producers already collect. Its platform combines records from dispatch, batching and quality-control systems into one data model built for ready-mix operations. That brings information about scheduling deliveries, producing concrete and checking its quality into a common structure for analysis.
According to Command Alkon, C60 uses that combined view to identify where the cost of serving customers, pricing, concrete mix design and delivery performance are reducing profitability. Its predictive analytics and AI tools are built around those industry-specific decisions, rather than a general-purpose business dashboard.
Command Alkon CEO Martin Willoughby described the customer problem as knowing that margin is disappearing somewhere between the batch plant and the jobsite, without knowing exactly where. The acquisition’s stated purpose is to place C60’s answers closer to the operational records producers rely on each day.
Analyst C60 joins the cloud platform
C60’s analytics and operational-improvement capabilities will be renamed Analyst C60 and aligned with Command Intelligence inside Command Cloud. The company places that work within its AI and analytics strategy for dispatch, batching and fleet operations. The planned arrangement would let producers work with C60’s insights alongside their other business data.
The companies already had a technical relationship. C60 became a Command Alkon Connected Partner in September 2024 and was among the first partners to build on Command Cloud’s application programming interfaces, or APIs—the connections software systems use to exchange information. It has been serving customers shared by both businesses.
Chief Product Officer Ranjeev Teelock said the addition brings C60’s margin-optimization and decision-support models into Command Cloud’s AI layer. His description emphasizes helping materials businesses decide where to act within the platform they use to run operations. The announcement did not quantify profit improvements from C60 or give a timetable for the combined offering.
Outside connections stay, and the team moves
For existing customers, Command Alkon says integrations with software outside its own product suite will carry forward. That promise covers dispatch, batching, quality-control and enterprise resource planning systems, which manage business resources and financial processes. The company attributes that continuity to Command Cloud’s open APIs; joining its platform is not being presented as a requirement to replace those outside systems.
C60 Chief Technology Officer Carlos Benfeito will become Command Alkon’s vice president and global product manager for C60 and Command Intelligence. He will lead the evolution of Analyst C60 alongside Command Cloud. Benfeito said customers would retain the team they know while gaining access to a broader platform.
Command Alkon also plans to extend its support systems, product-adoption frameworks and certification programs to C60 customers. It says those resources will cover onboarding, support and training, giving the acquisition a customer-service component as well as a software integration. The purchase price was not disclosed.
