Dapti targets the gap between an inbound sales lead and a booked meeting, automatically answering inquiries, qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for small businesses. Dapta says it has more than 200,000 users, though its announcement also describes that figure as businesses without clarifying the distinction. It raised $6 million in a seed round announced October 13, 2026, to develop the product and expand in the U.S. and Latin America—a bet on a specific sales workflow rather than a general-purpose assistant.
Dapta says revenue doubled in the previous six months and forecasts annual revenue above $4 million; the latter is a projection, not a completed result.
The company says businesses using Dapti double their prospect contact rates, a measure of contact rather than completed sales.
Aether Mechanical COO Ivan Comejo says Dapta increased the company’s revenue by more than 20%; this is a customer testimonial, not an independent study.
Dapta has secured $6 million to grow a business built around responding to prospective customers before a small team can get to them. The seed round, announced October 13, 2026, backs its AI sales agent, Dapti, and expansion across the U.S. and Latin America. Chingona Ventures led the financing.
Dapti is designed to handle the first steps after someone contacts a business: answer the inquiry, qualify the prospect and schedule a meeting. Dapta says those steps happen immediately, without human intervention. The target is inbound sales—turning interest that has already reached the business into a conversation or appointment.
That puts the product at a specific point in the sales process, rather than making it a general-purpose assistant. Its described workflow starts when a prospect reaches out and includes arranging the next meeting. Dapta positions its agents for both sales and customer service at small and medium-sized businesses.
The company says it has found particular traction among financial services firms, home services companies, law firms and insurance brokers. Its named small-business customers include Nona Cleaning in Orlando, Baur Pools in New Jersey and Aether Mechanical in Denver. Dapta also names Miami Tech & Arts University as a customer.
Aether Mechanical's chief operating officer, Ivan Comejo, describes speed as a competitive issue for home services. In Dapta's announcement, he says customers move to a competitor when they do not hear back immediately. He credits Dapta with increasing revenue by upwards of 20%, without adding administrative overhead or overwhelming the team.
Every SMB will have AI agents in the same way as they have physical addresses, phone numbers, websites and social media channels.
Nicolás Rojas, Dapta founder, in the funding announcement
Rojas's prediction is broader than the business Dapta has described today. The company says it first gained traction with Spanish-speaking small-business owners in the U.S. Its growth strategy has leaned heavily on social media, where it says it has built more than 400,000 followers with content about AI for small businesses.
Rojas says Dapti has more than 200,000 users and adds upwards of 4,000 new users each week. The vast majority, he says, arrive through the company's own social channels. The release also describes the adoption total as businesses, without clarifying the distinction between those businesses and individual users.
Dapta's financial figures offer a separate measure of its growth. The company says revenue doubled over the previous six months and annual revenue is expected to exceed $4 million. That annual figure is a forecast in the announcement's body, not a completed result. Dapta also says Mercado Libre and Rappi use its technology.
The operating results remain company-supplied. Dapta says its internal data show that businesses using Dapti double their contact rates. That claim measures contact with prospects, rather than completed sales. Comejo's revenue claim is a separate customer testimonial included in the same announcement, not an independent study of the product.
Crew Capital, Broom Ventures and Cometa VC joined the Chingona-led round. Earlier investors 500 Global and Fen Ventures also participated. Dapta describes this as its second financing, following a $1.4 million pre-seed round in 2024. The new capital is intended to fund expansion and development of the existing sales-agent business.
