Euno is positioning organizational context and access governance as infrastructure for enterprise agents, not merely a better search or memory layer. Its $23 million Series A, led by N47, brings total funding to $29 million and will finance a commercial and research expansion, including doubling its nearly 30-person team. The startup claims its metadata-driven approach can reduce agent-context preparation from up to a year to weeks, though that estimate is unvalidated.
Euno combines inferred organizational context with governance controls intended to restrict each agent to task-relevant information.
The company claims context-layer preparation can fall from as long as one year to a few weeks; no independent benchmark is provided.

Euno has raised a $23 million Series A led by N47 to build a context layer for enterprise AI agents. The startup’s pitch is that agents need guidance on which company information to trust, how it is used and what they may access before they can work reliably inside large organizations.
Euno describes its product as an AI-native context brain. Its premise is that company data is organized for people to read and navigate, not for an autonomous system deciding how records connect, what a field means or whether a source fits a particular task. The platform is intended to provide agents with organizational context, data-trust guidance and governance controls.
Instead of asking teams to document all of that knowledge by hand, Euno says it infers organizational context from operational signals and metadata graphs, which map data and its relationships. It says the system continually analyzes those patterns as they change, then refines the resulting context for AI agents.
Euno’s approach has two parts. First, it aims to assemble a current view of relevant organizational knowledge. Second, it says it incorporates governance rules so an individual agent receives only the context and information required for its role and assigned work. That makes the product more than a search or memory layer: it is also designed to enforce organizational boundaries.
Euno says this can cut the time to prepare an agent context layer from as long as a year to a few weeks. That is a company-supplied performance claim, not an independently validated benchmark. The key test is whether automatically inferred context remains dependable as a customer’s data and practices change.
The financing included existing investor 10D and technology founders including Wiz co-founder Yinon Kostika, Cyera co-founder Yotam Segev, Eon co-founder Ofir Ehrlich and Tavily founder Rotem Weiss. It brings Euno’s total funding to $29 million.
Euno says it is working with Fortune 500 organizations including AlphaSense and Zayo Group. It has nearly 30 employees in Israel and the United States and plans to double its workforce, putting much of the new funding toward sales, marketing and AI research. Founded in 2023 by Chief Executive Sarah Levy and Chief Technology Officer Eyal Firstenberg, Euno is now funding a commercial push around its context-and-governance approach.
