Google adds a Gemini business hub for branding, finances and connected apps
The rollout targets all Gemini app users. Saved brand styles are designed to reduce repeat setup, while financial tools turn business records into charts and interactive models.
Google announced the hub on October 20, 2026, with a global rollout to Gemini app users expected in the coming days. It brings small-business workflows—saved brand guidance for marketing, analysis of financial files, and connections to business apps—into one Gemini experience, with Nano Banana 2.1 generating on-brand visuals. The practical bet is that owners can use one assistant across routine marketing and finance tasks; Google’s customer examples describe existing Gemini use, not measured results from these new tools.

Google is promising small-business owners less administrative work, but its new Gemini tools are only beginning to reach users. Announced October 20, 2026, the package combines a business landing page, saved brand styles, financial analysis and connected apps. Google says the global rollout will reach all Gemini app users in the coming days.
A business front door to Gemini
The landing page gives owners a central place for branding, financial analysis and customer insights. Google is organizing the experience around recognizable business jobs, grouping the new page with marketing and finance skills, plus connections to Google and third-party services.
Those connections span both Google’s business products and services owners may already use for design, commerce or recordkeeping. Google names the following tools as part of the connected-app offering:
Google services: Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace.
Third-party apps: Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero.
Keep the brand, change the campaign
For visual work, owners can supply a website, brand kit, fonts or color palettes to define their business’s style. Gemini retains that style, so users do not have to upload the same guidelines repeatedly. Google says its Nano Banana 2.1 image-generation model uses those inputs to produce coordinated assets for product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
The financial tools take a different set of inputs: spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records. Google says Gemini can turn that material into financial graphics and interactive models in seconds. The stated goal is to make business numbers easier to understand, rather than leave owners to decode disorganized records on their own.
The customer stories behind the pitch
Google says tens of millions of small-business owners already use Gemini to brainstorm products, manage customer feedback and analyze performance. Its announcement includes examples from several countries.
In Bordeaux, France, ceramicist Morgane uses Gemini for product descriptions, newsletters and social-media hooks for Bleu Clémentine. According to Google, that saves her two to three hours each day, which she puts back into making tableware and home decor.
Another example links Gemini to local business information. Josh, who runs Burger & Butcher in New Jersey without a dedicated marketing team, uses it with a connected Google Business Profile. Google says he tracks local search and Maps performance, prepares weekend updates tied to neighborhood events and examines regional flavor trends to inform new offerings.
In Jakarta, Google describes how Gumilang used Gemini while developing Barelz Arena, a sports and entertainment space beneath train tracks. With no experience in branding or sports, he used the assistant to develop a Brazilian-street visual style, design merchandise and draft partnership proposals.
