Story brief
3 key pointsLitmas AI’s Agentic Associate is built to replace a patchwork of litigation tools with a traceable workflow: its Evidence Mapper connects case facts to source records, and the platform formats filings for specific courts. The business case is faster drafting and greater capacity, but its performance figures are vendor-reported. Litmas claims a summary-judgment draft can take as little as 90 minutes and motion-drafting time can fall by 60% to 80%; neither figure means a filing is finished or legal accuracy has been independently established.

Litmas AI launched Agentic Associate on November 2, 2026, combining legal research, case facts and drafting in one litigation workflow. The company says it produces nearly ready-to-file documents, rather than rough starting points, with citations to the case record and court-specific formatting. Its headline promise is a summary-judgment motion drafted in as little as 90 minutes.
One case workflow instead of separate tools
The product targets litigation specifically, rather than contract work or general legal assignments. Litmas says practicing litigators helped shape it over the past year. Their feedback described a recurring problem: assembling separate tools to do work the company now aims to handle in one place.
Its new Evidence Mapper organizes a case around factual storylines supporting a claim. Each fact connects to the underlying material, such as a deposition transcript, exhibit or medical record.
Litmas says filings include precise references to the case record and formatting tailored to each court’s requirements. Its platform description covers pleadings, demand letters and motions, with facts and citations traced to sources and formatting for state and federal courts.
We built the Agentic Associate to give them that time back: it supports litigators by producing work comparable to an associate, so they can focus on the precise human judgment critical to their clients and to the case, and not be bogged down by the work that got in the way.

Fast drafting is not the same as a finished filing
Litmas compares its best-case 90-minute summary-judgment draft with a task it says typically takes three and a half to four weeks. Separately, it reports a 60% to 80% reduction in motion-drafting time.
The company also describes summary-judgment motions as 90% ready to file. That is a claim about draft completeness, not a claim that the software finishes the entire assignment without further work.
On accuracy, Litmas reports no fabricated case citations to date and says every citation in a draft has passed through its citation-checking tool. Those are company-reported results, not an independent accuracy assessment. The narrower wording—no fabricated citations reported—also stops short of establishing that every legal argument or factual conclusion is correct.
A customer describes savings and more cases
Litmas says more than 200 firms use the solution, and that its technology has been used in 1,500 litigation matters and more than 3,000 court filings.
The launch’s named customer example is Ducos Law Firm. In a testimonial included in the release, the firm says Litmas cut average case expenses by roughly two-thirds and freed enough time to take on nearly twice its previous caseload.
Owner Kristina Ducos describes tailored research for pleadings, motions and responsive filings. She also says the system asks follow-up questions before drafting.
