When a repair grows, capacity changes

SocketTime provides tools for service scheduling, advisor writeups, dispatch, technician utilization, multipoint inspections, used-car reconditioning and customer communications. Its scheduling, writeup and capacity-management systems work in real time: added maintenance or an approved inspection can increase a repair order, then feed back into remaining capacity and appointment availability.

That feedback loop is the operational mechanism behind the acquisition. Numa says the combined system will connect its AI agents and customer-communication software with service capacity, dispatch, inspections, approvals, parts coordination, reconditioning and management visibility.
