Parallel Loop is offering businesses AI software and engineers to connect it to the systems they already use, rather than asking them to replace their technology infrastructure. The startup formally launched alongside a $6.6 million seed round led by 3one4 Capital, announced on October 14, 2026, to support its enterprise AI business.
The round also includes Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore. Individual investors include Paytm founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, and Philip Yeo, the former chairman of Singapore’s Economic Development Board and A*STAR.
Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean founded Parallel Loop in June 2026. The company is incorporated in Singapore and the US. The founders previously co-founded Thai insurance-technology startup FairDee, which Qoala acquired. Jogani later served as Qoala’s group chief technology officer, while Chean was its group chief operating officer.
Connecting the knowledge behind the work
Parallel Loop targets mid-market and large enterprises. Its premise is that individual AI tools do not solve the full problem of company-wide adoption. Business knowledge, rules and processes can be scattered across software, email, meetings, messaging tools and teams. The startup aims to connect that context to AI applications and workflows while keeping customers’ existing infrastructure in place.
The company pairs its platform with forward-deployed engineers—engineers who work directly alongside customer teams to integrate their systems, processes and organizational knowledge. It organizes that work into three offerings, covering the decisions before implementation, the software connecting enterprise information, and the development of applications.
- AI Enablement: Work with business leaders to identify uses for AI, create implementation roadmaps and build the internal skills needed to support adoption.
- AI Stack: A modular platform designed to connect existing systems with organizational context. The company says it supports uses ranging from real-time dashboards to end-to-end workflows governed by predefined rules.
- Software Factory: Engineers and AI agents working together to modernize legacy systems and develop new applications. Parallel Loop says this approach can shorten application development time.
Intelligence has become abundant. What many organisations lack is the context, systems and capability to turn this into tangible business outcomes.

Customer control over hosting and models
Parallel Loop says its AI Stack can run in a customer’s own cloud infrastructure or on-premises, meaning on the customer’s own computing systems. Data residency—where data is hosted—can be configured to business requirements. The company describes this as a sovereign-AI approach, giving enterprises greater control over where workloads run and who can access them.
The platform supports multiple AI model providers, including open-weight models, whose model parameters are available for use. Parallel Loop says that choice lets customers avoid dependence on one provider. It also maintains an audit trail of prompts, responses, changes to organizational context and actions performed through the platform. Customers retain ownership of their data, organizational knowledge and customer-specific work.
Havells describes use across several hundred employees
Parallel Loop says it has 30 employees and serves more than 10 clients, including Licious, Havells and Thailand’s Tokio Marine Safety Insurance. At Havells, president and CIO Pramod Mundra says several hundred employees use the platform for workflows, automation and dashboards. He described employees accessing work previously held in legacy systems and older reporting tools through a simple question in chat.
Mundra also said Havells is using the platform to modernize collaboration between sales teams, channel partners and influencers. Its aim is to make information easier to access and improve service to customers and consumers. Parallel Loop has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai, and seeks to scale its enterprise offering across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
