Reusable Skills and Conversation History are available now, giving employees a way to repeat workflows and resume prior work across supported experiences. Teams access, native apps and scheduled tasks are on later rollout timelines, so buyers should distinguish current capabilities from roadmap items. Salesforce reports 21-fold usage growth in three months and more than 185,000 users, but those figures indicate adoption—not demonstrated gains in work quality or time saved.
Salesforce is offering a $50-per-user monthly pricing option; pricing and packaging may change, and access can vary by region and customer agreement.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections are available now, bringing email, calendars and files into Coworker’s context alongside Salesforce data.
Teams access, iOS, Mac and Windows apps are listed for general availability in November 2026; scheduled tasks and Daily Digest are expected in December.
Salesforce is giving employees more ways to hand business work to Agentforce Coworker, adding reusable workflows, office-data connections and a $50-per-user monthly pricing option. The November 4 expansion connects the assistant more closely to everyday work, though Teams access, native apps and recurring tasks have separate rollout dates.
The update comes as Salesforce says Coworker usage grew 21-fold in three months, with more than 185,000 users. Those company-reported figures describe adoption, not a measured improvement in work quality or time saved.
Coworker is designed to let employees describe a job rather than choose individual AI agents or navigate several applications. Salesforce says it plans the steps, coordinates supported Agentforce agents and workflows, and returns results and recommended actions for review. Its context comes from Salesforce records, business metadata and supported connected data, including Data 360.
For example, Salesforce describes a seller asking Coworker to investigate a customer renewal at risk. The assistant can gather service history, identify unresolved support cases, prepare a follow-up and coordinate supported actions.
The authority to act remains tied to the customer’s Salesforce setup. The company says Coworker uses applicable employee permissions, sharing rules and configured access controls. Organizations can manage which supported agents and actions it can use, with approval and audit capabilities available for supported operations.
Salesforce says Fulton Bank has put more than 20 Coworker use cases into production, supporting approximately 3,000 users. Adecco is expanding it across 40 countries to help employees access relevant candidate and client information.
BACA Systems’ vice president of business systems, Andrew Russo, said Coworker answered questions that previously required “45–60 mins of swivel-chairing between screens and systems.” That is a customer testimonial, not a standardized measure of savings across deployments.
Salesforce customers can enable Coworker in Setup and contact their account executive for per-user pricing. The availability notice cautions that pricing and packaging can change, access may vary by region and customer agreement, and purchasing decisions should rest on released features rather than the December roadmap.
