Templafy Connects Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot to Company Document Rules

Templafy has given employees a route to begin a business draft in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, then turn it into an editable document built with company-approved materials. Its new native connectors put Templafy Document Agents inside those AI environments, aiming to preserve organizational requirements without forcing workers into one assistant.

The point where a draft becomes a business document

The connection uses the Model Context Protocol, or MCP, which links third-party assistants to Templafy’s Document Agents. Rather than asking a worker to manually copy, paste and reformat generated text, Templafy says its service can take the draft through a document-production step.

The practical division is clear: users can draft in the assistant they choose, then Templafy applies approved templates, brand assets, company content, compliance requirements, business rules and enterprise data before document completion. Templafy describes the result as a fully formatted, editable business document.

Three places to find the connector

The integrations are listed through Claude’s Connector Directory, the ChatGPT Plugin Directory and Microsoft Marketplace. That distribution makes Templafy available from three separate assistant ecosystems while keeping the document-generation service the same.

Templafy’s pitch is choice with a common finish

Oskar Konstantyner, Templafy’s chief product officer, said professionals increasingly use different AI tools for different work. He framed the release as a way for enterprises to let employees use those tools while retaining control over the documents ultimately created.

Quality, consistency and predictable costs remain Templafy’s stated goals for the setup, not independently demonstrated outcomes in the announcement. Templafy also says its MCP integration works with Glean, Perplexity and other AI assistants, extending the same approach beyond the three newly listed destinations.
