Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C led by Insight Partners, at a reported $5 billion valuation. The new round comes less than six months after Insight led its $150 million Series B, funding a company that pairs enterprise AI software with engineers embedded alongside customers.
Salesforce participated with Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners. Wonderful said it will use the money for product development, global deployment teams and demand for its AI operating system.
Software is only part of the rollout
Wonderful describes its product as a common management layer for AI applications across an organization. It is designed to work with customers’ existing infrastructure rather than depend on a single AI model, allowing the surrounding system to remain in place as models change.
Its differentiator is the delivery model. Wonderful uses forward-deployed engineers who work with customers to connect AI applications to existing systems and scale them across the organization. Insight says deployment strategists identify high-impact work, while the company co-builds with customers to help develop their own ability to operate and improve the systems.
From customer support to wider workflows
Wonderful began in customer support. Insight characterizes voice support as high-volume, measurable and operationally complex work that requires integrations, low response delays, governance, reliability and handling unusual cases. The investor says customers now use Wonderful in customer-facing, employee and back-office workflows that can reach finance, IT and operations systems.
That progression is the case for calling the product an operating system. Enterprise work crosses departments, legacy software, data environments, security requirements and organizational boundaries. Insight says Wonderful aims to make subsequent deployments easier through reused integrations and accumulated enterprise context.
The expansion now has to support the model
Wonderful said it has expanded to more than 35 markets and 650 employees since March. CTech reported that roughly half of its staff are in Israel and that the company has raised more than $800 million since its early-2025 founding. It also plans to triple its Israeli development and implementation center over the next year.
The financing gives Wonderful resources to add people and enter markets faster. Its central test is whether a labor-intensive deployment model can keep turning initial integrations into broader enterprise use as the company expands.
