What to look forward to
Small business owners will build hands-on Claude workflows for real tasks like following up with leads, preparing proposals, and managing books, while learning practical AI skills and limitations. Led by 10x Learning, an Approved Claude SMB Trainer, the workshop requires no technical background and includes a free month of Claude Max for eligible first-time users.
Inside the event
Learn how to put Claude to work in your small business. The Claude SMB Workshop in partnership with NGLCCNY is coming to New York, hosted by 10x Learning — an Approved Claude SMB Trainer organization. We'll connect Claude to the tools you already use (QuickBooks, Shopify, Gusto, and more) and run real workflows together: answering leads, turning a voice memo into a priced proposal, closing the books, and a Monday brief that starts your week with cash, leads, and priorities in one place. What you'll get A real task working. Bring one of yours (payroll, invoices, marketing, a lead to follow up) and leave with it running in Claude, not just a plan to try it later. Practical AI fluency: what Claude does well, what to double-check, and where the limits are. Built for business owners, not engineers. No technical background needed. Help in the room while you build. One free month of Claude Max (for people new to Claude Max). The fine print This event is free to attend. Claude is set up to ask before it sends, posts, or pays. It drafts and recommends; you decide. Registration requires approval. Seats are limited to keep it hands-on, so apply soon. Please register with the business email address you want associated with your Claude Max account. Want to bring a colleague? Send them this page.
