What to look forward to
The Revenue Engine Hackathon will bring 30 selected, VC-backed startups with more than $2M in funding together for a one-day build, supported by GTM and product experts from HubSpot, lemlist, and OpenAI. Teams will create a working revenue engine tailored to their business, spanning CRM and reporting, AI-powered research, enriched prospecting, and a live multichannel outbound campaign.

AI Agents & GTM Intelligence — OpenAI
Research agents, ICP qualification, lead scoring and custom GPT workflows plugged into your actual go-to-market motion.
Data Enrichment & Prospecting — Clay
Build a sample of target accounts and contacts from your ICP, enriched with verified contact details, buying signals and custom data points uncovered by OpenAI-powered research agents. Work with Clay through Codex/CLI or MCP, then sync your enriched data back to HubSpot.
Multichannel Outbound — Lemlist
Campaign design, sequencing and personalisation at scale. Your first outbound campaign goes live before you leave the room.
