Inside the event

The chatbot on your website. The tool that sorts job applications. The AI model inside your product. 🧐 The EU AI Act has something to say about all three. Join AI Collective Finland for a practical, interactive evening that makes the EU AI Act easier to understand. We’ll look at what it could mean for the way your organisation builds, buys, and uses AI. Meet our keynote speaker Leonard Madetoja, Founder & CEO of Kaamos AI, will explain why the Act matters beyond large technology companies. He will show how to start thinking about AI use, risk, and accountability in a way that fits your role. Kaamos AI is a Helsinki-based B2B startup that automates cybersecurity management, risk monitoring, and compliance for European software companies. From explanation to conversation After the keynote, Leonard and co-facilitator Adrianna Janusz, Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer at Kaamos AI, will lead small-group discussions based on real scenarios. We will look at questions like these: • Could you list every AI tool your team used this week? • Your HR team trials an AI tool that ranks job applicants. Who could it be unfair to? • A person signs off on every AI decision. Is that real oversight or a rubber stamp? • Your product runs on a model you didn’t build. When it gets something wrong, whose problem is it? This is not a legal deep dive. It is a chance to test your thinking, compare perspectives, and leave with a clearer view of what to do next. Here’s what you can expect: 🧠 An introduction to the EU AI Act’s risk-based approach 💡 Real-world examples involving AI tools you may already use or buy 🎯 A practical way to think about risk, transparency, human oversight, and accountability 💬 Peer discussion and new connections across industries and roles Whether you’re a founder, manager, professional, student, or simply curious, this evening is for you. No legal or technical expertise required. Come curious. Leave with a clearer view of what the Act means for you, and better
