PaleBlueDot AI Raises $200 Million to Add Computing Capacity and Hardware Options
ComputeCore led the financing. PaleBlueDot says the money will give customers more choice of hardware and locations across a platform combining owned clusters, partner capacity and model-serving services.
The $200 million round will help PaleBlueDot expand a business that combines its own GPU clusters, partner-supplied compute and serverless model inference, giving customers more locations and hardware options. The infrastructure push comes with a sizable but hard-to-interpret demand signal: the company reported more than $5 billion in signed contracts by September 30, but disclosed neither contract duration nor monthly revenue. U.S. and Japanese customers together account for more than half of monthly revenue, and PaleBlueDot plans to target advanced AI labs and U.S. enterprises.

PaleBlueDot says its existing B300 cluster in Japan earned NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status against Nvidia reference performance benchmarks.
PaleBlueDot AI has secured fresh capital to add computing capacity across a business that both operates its own hardware and connects customers to outside suppliers. The company announced on October 1, 2026, that it completed a $200 million Series C at a $3.2 billion valuation. It plans to use the proceeds to offer customers more locations and hardware choices.
ComputeCore led the round, with existing shareholder B Capital and other global investors participating. The financing follows a $150 million Series B announced in January. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Palo Alto, PaleBlueDot is raising money for infrastructure rather than announcing a new AI model.
Three ways to supply AI computing
PaleBlueDot calls its business a Super Intelligence Infrastructure Platform. Under that label are three services with different roles: dedicated hardware it owns, access to computing capacity supplied by partners, and a service for running AI models. Pulse 2.0 describes the same combination in its October 3 account of the financing.
Owned GPU clusters: PaleBlueDot operates groups of graphics processing units and customizes them for customers with large or specialized workloads.
GPU marketplace: Customers can obtain computing capacity on demand through a global network of supply partners, rather than only using PaleBlueDot's own clusters.
Serverless inference: This offering serves developers and enterprises running AI models, adding a model-serving business alongside access to computing hardware.
The company already has clusters across multiple regions. It says its B300 cluster in Japan recently earned NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status, which it describes as validation against Nvidia's reference performance benchmarks. That status concerns an existing cluster; the new financing is intended to fund additional capacity.
The customer commitments behind the buildout
More than $5 billionSigned customer contracts
PaleBlueDot says it had signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts by the end of September 2026.
Contracts show scale, but not current sales
The contract figure is a company-reported measure of customer commitments, not a disclosure of revenue already earned. PaleBlueDot did not disclose the contracts' duration or its total monthly revenue in the announcement. Those missing figures limit how much the contract total reveals about the business's current sales pace.
The company did disclose where much of its revenue comes from: customers in the U.S. and Japan together account for more than half of monthly revenue. Its next customer push will emphasize advanced AI labs and U.S. enterprises. CEO Stephen Watts also said PaleBlueDot will invest in its technical and sales teams.
