Announced at Tencent’s Global Digital Ecosystem Summit, the deal combines Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure with OmniOps’ inference stack and Saudi deployment capabilities to support enterprise AI workloads in the Kingdom. It gives OmniOps a cloud-infrastructure partner for local inference services and adds a Saudi enterprise deployment effort to Tencent Cloud’s regional activity. The companies forecast gains in capacity, token economics and performance consistency, but have published no benchmarks to substantiate them.
The partnership was announced on November 2, 2026.
Tencent Cloud will provide virtual machines, storage, networking and technical expertise; OmniOps brings inference technology and Saudi market knowledge.
OmniOps’ Bunyan platform supports text, vision and speech inference and is described as sovereign, but data-residency rules and operational control are unspecified.
Tencent Cloud announced a partnership with Saudi AI infrastructure company OmniOps on November 2, 2026, to support enterprise AI development and deployment across Saudi Arabia. The agreement, presented at the Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit, targets business AI platforms and model inference workloads. Tencent outlined it in a press release distributed through PR Newswire.
Tencent will supply cloud infrastructure and technical expertise, including virtual machines, storage and networking services. OmniOps will contribute inference technology, local deployment capabilities and knowledge of the Saudi market. Together, those contributions are intended to support AI development, deployment and ongoing operations at scale.
Inference means running an AI model to process a request and produce an output. OmniOps’ proprietary optimization engine adapts how models are served to the hardware beneath them, according to the announcement. Its software sits above the cloud infrastructure, adjusting how models use the available computing resources.
The companies say that combination will improve capacity, the cost efficiency of processing tokens and performance consistency as demand grows. The release provides no benchmarks or quantified savings to measure those promised benefits.
Our partnership with Tencent Cloud expands the infrastructure available to support our platforms and inference workloads in Saudi Arabia, while allowing us to continue building and deploying AI services designed around the requirements of organizations in the Kingdom.

OmniOps describes its flagship product, Bunyan, as a sovereign Inference as a Service platform—a service for running models—for text, vision and speech applications.
The partners also describe their combined infrastructure as sovereign, but the announcement leaves data-residency rules and operational control unspecified. For prospective customers, other key terms remain open: the release does not disclose a capacity commitment, pricing or a rollout schedule.
